Troubleshooting Common Issues
If your diffuser is not performing at its best, please check the following common solutions before contacting technical support. Most issues can be resolved with simple maintenance.
No Diffusion (No Mist)
1- Check Power:
Ensure the battery is charged (for portable models) or the USB cable is securely connected to a 5V/1A power source.
2- Working Periods:
If using a Bluetooth model, check the app settings to ensure the device is not currently in a "Non-Working Period" or "Pause Mode."
3- Internal Connections:
Open the device and ensure the oil tube is firmly connected to the pump.
4- Deep Clean:
The atomizing core may be completely blocked by dried oil residue. Follow our [Maintenance Guide] to perform an alcohol flush.
Weak Diffusion (Low Mist Output)
1- Clogged Atomizer:
Over time, essential oils can thicken. Soak the atomizing head in 70-99% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes to clear the nozzle.
2- Inspect the Gasket:
Check the rubber gasket/O-ring between the bottle and the head. if it is loose, missing, or damaged, the vacuum seal will fail.
3- Tighten the Bottle:
Ensure the oil bottle is hand-tightened securely to the diffuser head. A loose bottle allows air to escape, reducing mist pressure.
Oil Leakage or Spillage
1- Stay Upright:
The most common cause of leakage is tilting or laying the device flat. Always keep the diffuser in a vertical position.
2- Secure the Bottle:
Ensure the bottle is not cross-threaded and is screwed in tightly.
3- Damaged Seals:
Inspect the gaskets for any tears or wear. If a seal is broken, contact us for a replacement part.
Abnormal Noise or Vibration
1- Check Positioning:
Ensure the device is placed on a flat, stable surface or is securely mounted to the wall bracket. Loose mounting can cause rattling.
2- Pump Alignment:
If the device has been dropped, the internal air pump may have shifted.
3- Mechanical Failure:
